These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kenya Stopover's ETA visa support, airport meet & greet services, guided experiences, and any related stopover assistance booked through our website. By using our platform and completing a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Covered

Kenya Stopover provides short-stay travel support services, including:

• ETA visa application support for travelers arriving in Kenya.
• Airport meet & greet assistance for arrival, departure, transit, and charter passengers.
• Curated guided experiences and stopover activities in Nairobi and surrounding areas.

All services are offered as part of our stopover-focused product suite and are subject to availability, applicable fees, and the conditions described here.

2. Booking, Payment and Confirmation

When you submit a booking request, you agree to provide complete and accurate traveler information, including passport details, travel dates, arrival airport, and any required supporting documents.

All payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Your booking is not finalized until full payment is received.

3. Traveler Eligibility

Travelers using Kenya Stopover services must hold valid travel documents and must comply with Kenya immigration requirements. It is your responsibility to verify visa eligibility and passport validity before booking.

For ETA applications, passports must have at least six months validity from the arrival date and at least one blank page for entry stamps.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our refund and rescheduling policies. Fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation, the services booked, and third-party processing costs.

If a service cannot be delivered due to information errors, immigration rejection, or traveler non-compliance, refund eligibility will be assessed case by case.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Kenya Stopover acts as a facilitator for travel assistance services and does not guarantee entry into Kenya. We are not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities, airline carriers, or third-party service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the service in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies. Updated terms will be published on this page.
